1.	Long before man fell in Adam
	God eternal had a plan,
	Made according to His heart's love,
	To expand Himself in man.
	'Tis for this He made creation--
	Man would be His duplication!

	In His image we were made!

2.	All creation has a pattern;
	Everything is by its kind.
	Fish and birds and cattle all fit;
	Many similar we find.
	Man alone is the exception--
	He was made as God's reflection!

	We're according to God's kind!

3.	With God's image and His likeness,
	Man is like a little god;
	Three of one kind spoke together
	In the garden where they trod.
	Yet man lacked his very kernel--
	To be born of life eternal.

	For God's life we were designed!

4.	To accomplish His great purpose
	God Himself took on the flesh.
	The first God-man, He's the model;
	Human and divine life mesh.
	God and man now blent together,
	Human and divine forever.

	God and man were joined in one!

5.	Resurrection brought forth God-men,
	Many grains from His one seed,
	Just like Him in life and nature--
	God was multiplied indeed!
	Now the man of God's creation
	Shares His life--what jubilation!
